Powder coating is a superior decorative and protective finish that IRON GARDENS uses on its products. The process makes your trellis, arbor, plant stand or other product the most attractive, durable, and low-maintenance available in the industry!
Powder coating is electrostatic pigment, that is melted, oven-cured, and uniformly fused to make a rock-hard surface for our iron garden products.
A powder coated finish offers superior resistance to corrosion, fading from sunlight, abrasion, chipping, and extreme weather (including salty, humid rust-inducing weather in coastal regions).
What to look for when comparison shopping?
Is the product powder coated?
(Remember that many garden products are unfinished metal, or are simply spray painted! These products are cheaply finished, require continuous maintenance, and are prone to early rusting and deterioration. A smart buy? Hardly.
