Accepted Payments
Iron Gardens accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks and money orders. At this time, we do not offer C.O.D. terms.
Delivery Times
Most purchases are shipped from our Oregon warehouse to arrive at your location within 10 business days after we receive your order. However, Iron Gardens' delivery times can vary with each product. If a delay is expected, we will notify you by email.
We do not guarantee the amount of time our factory and other supplying manufacturers will require to produce and ship your order.
Most of our products are produced in batches during a scheduled manufacturing run.Iron Gardens makes its best estimate as to how many pieces are crafted for each batch. When these pieces are all sold, there may be a gap in availability until the next scheduled production run.
Also, some of our products are manufactured on demand as individual orders are received.
In summary, orders can be subject to delay due to:
• unanticipated consumer demand
• shortfalls in manufacturer supply availability
• batch scheduling of manufacturing
We strive to deliver your order in the shortest time possible, but it is important that you understand the reasons for orders that are occasionally delayed.
Do I pay sales tax on my order?
Iron Gardens is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state. Oregon itself charges no sales tax.

Please Note: for some of our very large items our customers are better served with custom freight arrangements.. These products are listed as "Phone Orders Only" in the small product photo pages, and also have a notice about custom shipping in red type on the detailed product page. In these cases we will create the order manually over the phone or by email and provide you with the exact custom shipping charge before we process the order.
How will my order ship?
 Iron Gardens utilizes UPS for most of our smaller item shipments. Larger items are shipped via common carrier (freight) trucks direct to the curb of your residence or building (within the continental U.S. only). We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii by special request.
Please Note: Freight service is curbside only. That is one way we keep our freight charges to you so low. The truck line's delivery obligation is to bring the shipment to the address of record. Any service beyond this, such as offloading the boxes or bringing it to your door or lobby, may entail additional charges, which you will have to pay to the trucking company yourself.
What happens if my order
is damaged during shipment?
We work hard to package your orders securely, accurately, and completely. If the shipper for your order is a freight company other than DHL or UPS, please inspect the shipment before signing.
If in the rare event that there is visible shipment damage, refuse the product, have the freight company return it to us and call Iron Gardens at 503-352-9475, or email us, and we will call you.
Shipping insurance is null and void if you sign for the shipment and find out later the product has been damaged. If no one signed for the product and it was left at your home or business, Iron Gardens must be notified within three days of delivery of any damage that has occurred, otherwise any warranty does not apply.

Other Mishaps
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it. If we have made a packaging error, we will correct it. All this will be done as quickly as possible, cheerfully, and at our expense. Just e-mail, fax, or call us immediately.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Although we collect standard data about our customers online, we will not sell or trade your personal information.
When you purchase a product online, we ask for your name, mailing address and phone number, and your credit card number and its expiration date in order to complete your order (and to contact you should anything go awry).
In some cases, we may use this information to personalize your future experience with Iron Gardens. Occasionally we might email you with special offers and holiday specials. Of course, we will remove you from our e-mail list immediately if you do not wish to be contacted.
Gift Services
 Our electronic gift card is available in twenty dollar denominations and redeemable online or by phone. We’ll include a gift message and brochure in shipping. You pay no sales tax or shipping charge on the purchase of a gift card.
Business Orders
Iron Gardens will extend credit to approved commercial and wholesale customers. A credit check will be performed based upon information submitted with your order profile, and an appropriate line of credit established. We will notify you when your account is approved, generally within one (1) business day from when you submitted your order. In the event that you do not meet our minimum credit requirements, there are other options available to you. Your Sales or Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss those options.

Terms for Custom Orders
Custom orders are often made to have products created to a landscape designer's or homeowner's specific needs and desires. This might include manufacturing our products in a custom size or with a different powder coat color or texture. (For example, professional designers have custom ordered iron works products finished to match the color scheme for shopping malls.)
When we receive your order, we will confirm the estimated delivery time. A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card, and your order will be scheduled at our factory. The remaining 50% will be charged when the order is shipped.
Because of the custom nature of your purchase, all custom orders cancelled after the 24-hour grace period will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. In no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of the order.
